The Career Development/Job Placement Assistance Program started in 1990 and ended in 2003.  The program assisted youth and adults with the proper skills necessary to seek desirable/suitable job placement. The program place placed 345 individuals in suitable employment. 

The Organization implemented a Resiliency/Life Skills Program at Landmark Elementary School, Daisy Bates Elementary school, College Station Elementary School, and at the East view Terrace Community Center. The program exposed both male and female youth to life management skills as a direct correlation between thinking and feeling good about themselves and acting and reacting appropriately. The program served 570 students from 1996 to 2003.  

Eastview Terrace Education Program involved an array of services aimed at youth and adult residents in a low -income housing environment.  Programs ranged from a Comprehensive Reading Program for K through third grade youth to adult GED, Computer Skills Training and Drug and Alcohol counseling and HIV Health Fairs. From 1999 to 2002, the program serviced over 78 residents.  

Partnering with two other community agencies, Project Family  (College Station) and the Granite Mountain Library (Granite Mountain), Future Builders, as lead agency, designed, implemented and provided day to day oversight of the Southeast Pulaski County Collaborative (SEPCC).  The collaborative was one of seven Family Development Centers in Pulaski County.  SEPCC provided support services to 1/3 of the client base of the individuals receiving public assistance.  Of this number, over 1/2 of the targeted clientele resided in our targeted rural communities.  

Collaborating with the Arkansas Department of Human Services - Division of Volunteerism, Future Builders assisted in the design, implementation and administration of the Delta Service Corps Program.  As one of the seven original demonstration models for National Service, the initiative involved the three Lower Mississippi Delta States of Arkansas, Louisiana and Mississippi.  The program placed stipend volunteers in over 750 community-based organizations located in Delta Counties/Parishes of these respective States.  This intergenerational program contributed greatly to the policies and regulations that now govern AmeriCorps. The National Service Bill was one of the firsts signed into Law under with the Clinton Administration.
